Umbrelight collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and understand operational service needs. This may include name, company, job title, email address, phone number, primary challenge, message, source page, referrer, campaign parameters, and consent preferences.

When enabled with consent, visitor intelligence tools may provide company-level or firmographic information to help Umbrelight understand business context before a discovery conversation.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate discovery consultations, manage leads, send confirmation messages, and improve website performance and marketing attribution.

Inquiry submissions are processed through the website’s server-side contact route and delivered by email to Umbrelight. Internal credentials and delivery settings are never exposed in browser-side code.

Umbrelight is structured to support retention workflows that archive or remove inactive lead records after 180 days, subject to business, legal, and compliance requirements.
